LYGIA E NANNY — US Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
At LYGIA E NANNY, we want to make sure you love what you buy. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and we’re here to help make that change easy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels, and stickers attached and intact, including all original accessories (when applicable).
- Signs of Wear: Merchandise that shows signs of wear, alteration, or use will not be accepted.
- Non-Compliance: If any of these conditions are not met, your request may be denied, and the item will be returned to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
2. Return Windows
- Exchanges: You can request a size exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Exchanges are always free of shipping and handling fees.
- Returns for Store Credit: Returns initiated for store credit are always free and must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Returns for Refund: Returns for a refund to the original payment method must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
3. Exchanges
- Sizing Exchanges: Exchanges are limited to a one-time exchange for the exact same item in a different size, subject to stock availability.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In compliance with the US Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and federal consumer protection laws:
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full repair, replacement, or complete refund with all return shipping and handling fees fully waived.
7. How to Request an Exchange or Return
To initiate your request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our Customer Experience Team at help@lygiaenanny.com.br.
- Provide your Order Number and the email address used when making your purchase.
- Indicate the specific product(s) you wish to exchange or return and the reason for your request.
- Once approved, you will receive an email containing a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Pack your items securely and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package with the designated carrier.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and quality inspection once your return arrives at our distribution Center.
